We reserve the right to withdraw from this website any room at any time and/or remove or edit any material or content on this website. Although we make every effort to process all bookings submitted to us, exceptional circumstances may arise in which we may need to decline to process a booking after we have already sent you the Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time in our sole discretion

Cancellation of reservation

In case of request from the customer cancellation of reservation, or non-show, the amount of payment of the reservation is not refunded. Subject to availability, the reservation can be transferred to a future date, upon prior arrangement with the hotel
